Shipping and Delivery
When are your Delivery Times ?
Orders are delivered at earliest two working days after the order has been placed and paid for. So, for example, if you order/pay on a Monday, your order can first be delivered on Wednesday. If you order/pay on a Friday, your order can first be delivered on the following Monday.
What are your Delivery Slots?
We deliver between 1pm and 9pm Monday through Friday, however we will soon be delivering on Saturdays also. All deliveries are made within 2 hour slots which you choose at the outset. We will inform you if, for some reason (e.g. traffic, road closure etc) we will not be able to deliver within your chosen time slot and you will not be charged for the delivery in those circumstances.
What are your Delivery Days?
We deliver Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on a Sunday. Our aim is to provide a service which meets your needs; however please be aware that local suppliers do not always operate on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays and so special delivery arrangements operate on those days.
Can I order Future Deliveries?
Yes - deliveries can be reserved in advance; so, for example you can organise a delivery for the day you return from holiday in two week's time.
How are Deliveries made?
Your order is packed in strong temperature controlled packaging which is unpacked at the time of delivery and returned. We prefer that you are present when we deliver, as this enables us to unpack your order wherever it is convenient for you and remove the packaging. We prefer to take the delivery bags back with us so that they can be re-used. In particular circumstances, deliveries may be left at your risk, with prior agreement.
How much is the delivery?
There is a flat rate charge for each delivery of £5
Where do you deliver to?
Any address with an HR (Herefordshire) postcode.
Is there are Minimum Order?
!This is not applicable during the initial Pilot Trial period (max 3 months from July 2012!
How do I pay ?
Payment can be made at the check-out point by any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Switch, JCB). We do not charge any processing fees.
Can I change my order after it is submitted?
You can change your order online any time up to 10pm two days before delivery day. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, we are unable to make any order changes after this time.
Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes - you will receive an automated confirmatory e-mail from us after you have placed and paid for your order, setting out your order and the time of the delivery.
Can I access previous orders I have made?
Your account history is stored under the My Account button on the site and will be available to you every time you enter. It stores each individual order as delivered and does not amalgamate them.
