Mousetrap Cheese
Together with our Dairy in Monkland, we have three cheeseshops; one in the rural market town of Leominster, the second in the centre of the city of Hereford and a third in the centre of Ludlow - the gourmet capital of the West Midlands.
These three shops offer a range of local, British farmhouse and continental cheeses, mostly made from unpasteurised milk.
