Mousetrap Cheese Together with our Dairy in Monkland, we have three cheeseshops; one in the rural market town of Leominster, the second in the centre of the city of Hereford and a third in the centre of Ludlow - the gourmet capital of the West Midlands. These three shops offer a range of local, British farmhouse and continental cheeses, mostly made from unpasteurised milk.
	Elgar made by the Rogers family near Elgar's birthplace in Worcestershire from unpasteurised milk, this is a lighter alternative to cheddar	£2.39 per 100g
	Hereford Hop semi-firm with citrus, buttery flavour made by Charles Martell in Gloucestershire and liberally coated with hops	£1.35 per 100g
	Hereford Sage a hard cheese made with the same recipe as Hereford Hop with fresh sage incorporated in the curd	£1.80 per 100g
	Keen's Farmhouse Cheddar a traditional hard cheddar cheese from Wincanton, with an old fashioned rindy taste matured for 12 months	£1.65 per 100g
	Little Hereford a hard cheese, made in Herefordshire to Ellen Yields original recipe, good lingering flavour	£1.69 per 100g
	Oak Smoked Little Hereford locally made Little Hereford which has been mildly smoked (subject to availability)	£1.93 per 100g
